School is FAILING Entrepreneurs Every Single Day

The title arose a question : Did school fails you or you failed School? School is failing entrepreneurs every single day because it's not build for entrepreneurs, it's build for workers. We are being taught to play within the lines. There is nothing being taught that maps to the entrepreneurial market. As a matter of fact my biggest cynicism when I sit across an entrepreneurs today as if they are to successful at school. I probably look at grads starting start up right now with more of negative light than I do somebody who wasn't as good, Why?. Why, Because what I have learned over the last few years and by the way I have taken a step back on this because there are too many entrepreneurial friends who have gone to great school that have been successful. So this is not a blanket statement, but I will tell you that in a world of private schools, in a world of mommy and daddy having a lot of connections. That when you go from 12,15, 18 years of the transport system an...

Why Attitude Is More Important Than IQ

When it comes to success, it’s easy to think that people blessed with brains are inevitably going to leave the rest of us in the dust. But new research from Stanford University will change your mind (and your attitude). Psychologist Carol Dweck has spent her entire career studying attitude and performance, and her latest study shows that your attitude is a better predictor of your success than your IQ. Dweck found that people’s core attitudes fall into one of two categories: a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. With a fixed mindset, you believe you are who you are and you cannot change. This creates problems when you’re challenged because anything that appears to be more than you can handle is bound to make you feel hopeless and overwhelmed. People with a growth mindset believe that they can improve with effort. They outperform those with a fixed mindset, even when they have a lower IQ, because they embrace challenges, treating them as opportunities to learn somet...

POST 14TH AUGUST

We live in a country where we taught to respect the human being and to obey the ordered presented through angel by ALLAH as an Islamic residence of a country Pakistan. But very sadly we observed that the individuals are only focusing on their selves getting fame, needing security, holding power etc., the only purpose is show off. The reason behind writing on this is an observation of a country Pakistan, where we started breathing, learned norms & values, following rituals, practicing religion, adjust in an environment with same attitude, behavior and life style. The central point is we practice these things but not on ourselves want be implemented through us by other that would give us benefit. We are living in a country where these things are happening. After observing last two weeks of August (After 14 August), after the event of 14 th August 2017 saw so many irrelevant things by fake Pakistani lovers i.e. applying flag on face, waving on motorcycles, applying on cars,...

DOUBLE STANDARD

DOUBLE STANDARD It's not that hard to know that we live in a society where double standards are at the core of everything, we will want an educated wife and not allow her to work, we will want good politicians but won't want our kids to be the one's to change the systems in place cause it too risky, we will make fun of our cricket team and expect them to give us our best, we call male/female instrument of pleasure for many models and a loved while if they becomes instrument of pleasure to one they become an escort/prostitute and a symbol of hate. In fact we use religion too as a tool to emotional blackmail, exploit and win arguments may it be personal or political.   We will have to start thinking, because if we don't have the ability to think then 100 years of freedom wouldn't bring us any good.
