ANTONYM TO RECRUITMENT PROCESS

ANTONYM TO RECRUITMENT PROCESS

I was confused in giving title to my specific topic; hence I carry on writing with more than one name. Why was the reason? Why I stuck into this? The answer is; just because I am or was still made confuse by the things happening around me. I wrote only those which I have experienced, and wish to expand till the people who I am writing for.

As we all know that when company offers new opportunities, they start giving advertisements through different social sites, job portals, social media sites and their websites as well with the CAREER button, which in my concern is a formality like “The story of Rabbit” as he ran away and then slept. So, if you go to career button either they will ask you for your profile or you have to attach your Resume/CV. But that is like you are sending it to a person who is dead. If you see jobs for yourself, you will also go through Job Description (What you have to do on this job) and Job Specification (What are the requirement for eligibility).

Through JD and JS you come to know, do you have the skills and abilities to apply? If yes, then you apply. If no, you get scared by experience requirement for the entry level job, first you don’t get a job but if you are called for an interview then they test you by giving you scenario (What to concern with fresh candidates)?

The recruitment process starts when HR team calls you for assessments (Test, Individual interview, Panel Interview), after giving up test you come to know all the candidates are relative of the same organization you applied for, and your test is then good for nothing (Formally making fool of someone). Sometimes you have to wait for the favorites/relatives to withdraw then after few months times you get a call that you are selected, in a meanwhile you are enjoying somewhere else.

The entire story behind my writing is repeating the title “You go for the job, and someone is already hired”. As I selected this title for this writing, I want to my reader to be familiar with what I want to write. I have lot to say but that is about opposite gender, what I feel should not be discussed here.

Last but not the least; this is not my writing skills but frustration what I just have summarized in a piece of A4 paper. Hope this will lead to something serious, awareness to those who are struggling, learning to those who are busy in killing merit.

Good Luck !! Try !!!

POST 14TH AUGUST

We live in a country where we taught to respect the human being and to obey the ordered presented through angel by ALLAH as an Islamic residence of a country Pakistan. But very sadly we observed that the individuals are only focusing on their selves getting fame, needing security, holding power etc., the only purpose is show off. The reason behind writing on this is an observation of a country Pakistan, where we started breathing, learned norms & values, following rituals, practicing religion, adjust in an environment with same attitude, behavior and life style. The central point is we practice these things but not on ourselves want be implemented through us by other that would give us benefit. We are living in a country where these things are happening. After observing last two weeks of August (After 14 August), after the event of 14 th August 2017 saw so many irrelevant things by fake Pakistani lovers i.e. applying flag on face, waving on motorcycles, applying on cars,

HOW TO STOP PREDICTING YOUR SELF WHILE MAKING DECISIONS

At some point in our lives, we all struggle with sticking to our decisions and tend to predicting ourselves. No matter where you are in your entrepreneurial journey, it is hard to be sure if you have made the correct decision. But it is also important to stick to a decision once it’s made and to stand by it. Do you often find yourself stuck in a dilemma when it comes to decision making? These tips can help. 1.       Make a list:  Sometimes all the thoughts overlapping each other in our heads make the problem look bigger than it actually is. Writing down your thoughts and having a visual idea of your choices might make it easier for you to make a decision. You can further develop your list and make it easier to decide by listing down the pros and cons of all the choices and go with whichever is most suitable in the given situation. 2.       Practice making smaller decisions:  Predicting yourself on important and big decisions is surprisingly common.
