ANTONYM TO RECRUITMENT PROCESS

ANTONYM TO RECRUITMENT PROCESS

I was confused in giving title to my specific topic; hence I carry on writing with more than one name. Why was the reason? Why I stuck into this? The answer is; just because I am or was still made confuse by the things happening around me. I wrote only those which I have experienced, and wish to expand till the people who I am writing for.

As we all know that when company offers new opportunities, they start giving advertisements through different social sites, job portals, social media sites and their websites as well with the CAREER button, which in my concern is a formality like “The story of Rabbit” as he ran away and then slept. So, if you go to career button either they will ask you for your profile or you have to attach your Resume/CV. But that is like you are sending it to a person who is dead. If you see jobs for yourself, you will also go through Job Description (What you have to do on this job) and Job Specification (What are the requirement for eligibility).

Through JD and JS you come to know, do you have the skills and abilities to apply? If yes, then you apply. If no, you get scared by experience requirement for the entry level job, first you don’t get a job but if you are called for an interview then they test you by giving you scenario (What to concern with fresh candidates)?

The recruitment process starts when HR team calls you for assessments (Test, Individual interview, Panel Interview), after giving up test you come to know all the candidates are relative of the same organization you applied for, and your test is then good for nothing (Formally making fool of someone). Sometimes you have to wait for the favorites/relatives to withdraw then after few months times you get a call that you are selected, in a meanwhile you are enjoying somewhere else.

The entire story behind my writing is repeating the title “You go for the job, and someone is already hired”. As I selected this title for this writing, I want to my reader to be familiar with what I want to write. I have lot to say but that is about opposite gender, what I feel should not be discussed here.

Last but not the least; this is not my writing skills but frustration what I just have summarized in a piece of A4 paper. Hope this will lead to something serious, awareness to those who are struggling, learning to those who are busy in killing merit.

Good Luck !! Try !!!

DOUBLE STANDARD

DOUBLE STANDARD It's not that hard to know that we live in a society where double standards are at the core of everything, we will want an educated wife and not allow her to work, we will want good politicians but won't want our kids to be the one's to change the systems in place cause it too risky, we will make fun of our cricket team and expect them to give us our best, we call male/female instrument of pleasure for many models and a loved while if they becomes instrument of pleasure to one they become an escort/prostitute and a symbol of hate. In fact we use religion too as a tool to emotional blackmail, exploit and win arguments may it be personal or political.   We will have to start thinking, because if we don't have the ability to think then 100 years of freedom wouldn't bring us any good. School is FAILING Entrepreneurs Every Single Day

The title arose a question : Did school fails you or you failed School? School is failing entrepreneurs every single day because it's not build for entrepreneurs, it's build for workers. We are being taught to play within the lines. There is nothing being taught that maps to the entrepreneurial market. As a matter of fact my biggest cynicism when I sit across an entrepreneurs today as if they are to successful at school. I probably look at grads starting start up right now with more of negative light than I do somebody who wasn't as good, Why?. Why, Because what I have learned over the last few years and by the way I have taken a step back on this because there are too many entrepreneurial friends who have gone to great school that have been successful. So this is not a blanket statement, but I will tell you that in a world of private schools, in a world of mommy and daddy having a lot of connections. That when you go from 12,15, 18 years of the transport system an...

HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED

“Inspiration” and “motivation” are two words that are misinterpreted to hold the same meaning and are often used interchangeably. They may be similar conceptually but are completely different from each other in their true meaning. Inspiration is derived from “in spirit”, which essentially means from within. Whereas, motivation originates from “motive”, referring to an external force that compels us to take action. Motivation usually comes into play when we need to carry out a difficult task, push through a stressful situation or need to meet a deadline. We usually rely on motivation when it comes to accomplishing something we may not necessarily look forward to. It’s that voice in your head that tells you “You can do this”, “It will be worth it” just when you are about to roll back into bed, tempted to miss your morning work or gym alarm. Motivation comes from results and that is exactly why it’s so easy to get demotivated. It’s fleeting, something that comes and goes and is hard ...
